Like birds, Isongles imprint on the first thing they see. Cheveyo had to jump through a lot of hoops to keep Bidziil, so that is why she has been the only one from the forest you've seen with an Isongle. The special circumstances played the largest factor into this as Isongles are protected species in the Forest.
