Oh man, getting happy with this designs was a challenge in and of itself. Took me quite a while to get the clothing right, then I couldn't ever get happy with the colors. It ultimately came down to green or blue. I finally decided on green since blue is made from lapis lazuli which was hard to come by. It seemed to make more since that green would be easier to come by in his land so settled on it for that reason.

Yes this is a fantasy world that has been set up, but I still base many of the architecture, geography, and even animals on real world architecture, places, and creatures.
