Vaulted ceilings are confusing but fun. O.o; But I'm happy to say that at last I was able to add in some of my favorite architectural elements from Gothic architecture. Reminds me when a friend took me to the Biltmore House and I wound up giving him a big art history lecture and nearly climbed on his shoulders to get a better view of the Albrecht Durer prints they had hanging on the wall (I'm very short and he's quite tall). Also had an art conversation with the Blacksmith there. Yes, I am indeed an art nerd.

Thanks. I've never understood what it is about vaulted ceilings, but I love drawing them.

Yeah agreed nice work on that ceiling. Gothic architecture certainly isn't a simple thing to draw.

You can say that again. It's always a mixture of happiness, self-loathing, and the final satisfaction when drawing Gothic architecture or anything based off of it.
